Shipping policy

Made to order

Our mugs are printed to order and shipped directly by our production partner. Orders are normally submitted for production after 24 hours.

Production and delivery

Production typically takes 2–7 business days after submission. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes another 2–5 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holiday demand, product availability, weather, and carrier delays can extend these times. We do not guarantee delivery by Christmas or another particular date.

Shipping charges and destinations

We currently ship to eligible United States addresses accepted at checkout. Available shipping services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering.

Tracking and order help

Tracking information is provided when available after shipment. For an overdue order, tracking question, or address correction, email gracegroundedfaith@gmail.com with your order number. Changes may not be possible after production or shipping begins.
