Welcome to grace & grounded. These terms describe purchases through our online store. Please also read our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products and fulfillment

Our mugs are printed to order and shipped directly by our print partner. Review the product description, capacity, dimensions, and care instructions before ordering. Screen settings and printing can cause slight color differences. This does not limit help for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Available shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. The checkout total is the amount you authorize for that purchase. Prices may change for future purchases. If a product becomes unavailable or we cannot process an order, we will contact you and explain the available next steps, including a refund when appropriate.

Order information, changes, and cancellations

Please provide accurate delivery and contact details. To request an address correction, change, or cancellation, email gracegroundedfaith@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will check the production stage; changes and cancellations may not be possible once production begins.

Delivery and order problems

Production and shipping estimates are separate and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Read our Shipping Policy before placing a date sensitive order. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains help for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us before returning anything.

Privacy and responsible use

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Please use the store lawfully and do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse payment information, or interfere with its operation.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law. Updates apply to future orders; the version in effect when an order was placed applies to that order.
